City Pets

What is a CityPet? It could be an animal or a brand of Japanese shampoo but it definitely is the next big thing on the Indie pop/alternative folk/beachy Irish music scene. Ask any member of musical extravaganza CityPets a question and they will most likely respond. Forged in 2022, they are a band in the truest sense of the word: poor, naive and gorgeous... Citypets are the funnest thing since chess! City Pets consists of Len (Vocals and Rhythm Guitar), Stef (Vocals and Lead Guitar), Andy (Vocals and Bass Guitar) and Bev (Drums). The City Pets live shows have received a great response thus far as we were awarded the opportunity to play in great venues such as Fibber Magees, The Wellington, Whelan's, Workman's, Workman's Cellar, Belfast's Sunflower and The Grand Social. We have recently recorded two singles with producer Darren Roe in Displace Studios and have had them both mastered by the great Barry Grint of Air Studios who has previously mastered tracks by Prince, Oasis, David Bowie and The Beatles. In 2024, The Pets ramped up their output with the release of two very well received EPs; Pet Food and the surprise EP drop entitled Moochin'. City Pets are showing no sign of stopping in 2025 with gigs to be announced all throughout the year, not to mention the release of their greatest releases to date. Hold onto your pants, folks. Because City Pets cannot afford their own pants.
